Theres an ingame server menu system - althought vast numbers of non modded
people tend to show up in races - thus in F1 cars ( the 18000 rpm and 3g
cornering Viper usually give it away)
Also - when someone joins a race - the current drivers get a rock solid 2
seconds freeze in their game.
The net code isnt too bad if everyone uses ADSL/CABLE, has their connection
set to Modem 56k, and is on a fast server. Anything less than that and it's
a disgrace. Compared to what Papy can do with a 38.8 modem, ISI should be
ashamed - but thats all we've got to play with.
