I have a radeon 8500 64meg ddr Built by ATI and have replaced every component possible, only to still have the problem. I have been following Rage 3d forums and ATI tech support. I would like to hear from those that had the problem and those also that are unable to correct it.

I have replaced the mobo from an abit BE6 to an Asus P4b and the power supply to an Antec true power 430w still have the loop. This is the second 8500. Very frustrating. I have built several computers and this problem has been 6 months of cost and frustration "Joe Blogs" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]...

I am inclined to agree with you. Sad though "Joe Blogs" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]... > On Fri, 03 Jan 2003 03:28:07 GMT, "Lemans" <[email hidden]> > wrote: > > >I have replaced the mobo from an abit BE6 to an Asus P4b and the power > >supply to an Antec true power 430w still have the loop. Well I bought the NVIDIA ti 4200 and sure enough had an infinite loop in BF1942. Really puzzled. Have more than sufficient cooling, 430 watt PS,AsusP4b. I am thinking Mobo but wrote intel to see if they were aware if issues with the D845wn and have not yet heard back. Any suggestions?
