Is "Car Manager" a separate utility? If so where can I find it? F1 Links
has a link to "F12002 Car Manager" which leads me to

Car Manager" which is dead. And I haven't been able to find it else where.
The F12002 Manager Dave mentions in the other thread, only manages the mods
it doesn't seem to do anything about carsets.
The 996 readme says save the old GTR *.cst file but I can't find any such
file.
I haven't ran any install for 996 yet because I don't want to get half way
through and not have a needed utility and then have buggered up my normal
GTR carset.
