win VROC no join button HELP

I have been through all the help pages. No matter what I do I can't get a JOIN button .Any Ideas?

From within WinVROC go to the VROC menu and then select options and reselect the directory that GPL is located in. For some reason you have to do this twice. I don't know :-) I always rightclick everywhere. I really don't mind using the menu either, so it isn't a problem imo. Cheers, Carl
