RASCAR: Important

DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CAR FILES TO ME. I AM NOT THE KEEPER OF THE CAR FILES. But with the limit on car file upload sizes on racesimcentral being set to a paltry 512k, we need a place to put them.

Well, I don't use compression to save them because quite frankly, they look like crap if you do that. My personal car file is 1.5mb, but everyone else's seems to be weighing in at only about 1mb. Zipping them reduces their size by about 20%.
