On console it's WRC 2 Extreme(if only this were on PC) . Rally Trophy is the best on PC.

Hi!. Well, i think Rally Masters on PC is the best one. Its got some wierd physics going on sometimes, but the tracks are better then RT. Otherwise, i like WRC2 which i got today. Awesome tracks!, very challenging, and long. most tracks have taken me around 8minutes to complete, and there are 115 of them(!) Mobil One Rally is the still best. Long twenty-thirty minute stages, a nice mix of mud, gravel, snow and asphalt and graphically still looks good. The physics feel a little funky, but it still gives a great sensation of speed, and it also has realistic damage. Stay on the road! Excellent pace notes. I imported mine through www.softwarefirst.com . Colin McRae 2 is fun, but the roads are too wide. It's like you're on a highway in spots. OK pacenotes. Graphically pretty. Rally Trophy is the GPL of rally sims. Excellent physics, very demanding to drive, great graphics but too short stages. And absolutely horrendous pace notes. Takes a lot away from this sim. CM3 should be coming this year. We need a rally game to make the most of all the new hardware, and with modern cars. Anyone using a Momo Force BRD Speed7 pedal combo with this game?

My fav is Mobil 1 BRC for the PC. I tried MS's Rallisport Challenge and couldn't get the control quite right. Mobil 1 is a couple years old but very good IMHO. The car physics are adequate but not perfect. Other than that: amazing graphics, challenging stages (ranging from about 5mins to 25mins+ from what I've seen), good choice of cars (3 or 4 different classes), and a variety of modes and terrain, and nighttime racing with functional headlights! :). Rally Trophy is great. I downloaded the right-hand drive cockpits, then changed my ACTLABS shifter to fit the left side of my wheel. It's an entirely different kind of flying, and the force-feedback will leave your arms in pain after a couple of stages. My favorite is CMR2 but I've never played any of the cool cars in Rally Trophy only the cooper that's available in the demo. I've played through CMR2 about 5 or 6 times and I've just picked it back up again. :)
