n2003 MY SOUND, ITS MESSED UP

My engine sound is messed up. its always at max revs and it just gets louder when you press the gas pedal. I reinstalled and uninstalled and reinstalled anD ITS still there im goin nuts whats wrong with this thing no other games have a problem and it used to be fine before

So give us a hint...what have you upgraded since the sound went whacko? Software updates, hardware updates?
