As a 56k'er, I'll vouch for the quality of Torn8oAlley servers. Every time
I've ever connected, my lowest ping has been 167ms (which is heaven for me).
Never had a problem with quality, either (apart from other drivers with bad
quality).
I can only imagine what it's like on broadband.
I'm not affiliated, just a person who uses the servers from time to time.
Should I ever need a personal server, and have the money to spend, I'll go
this-away.
