I've got a problem with the retail version of Colin McRae 3. You know how in
old films when a person is seen answering an irate customer's phone call,
the caller's voice is sped-up so it's unintelligible? Well, that's what I'm
getting.
A sound setting of low or high makes no difference.
Dell P4 2.2GHz
512MB RAM
Windows XP (+ all SPs)
64MB nVidia GeForce 3 Ti500
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz Soundcard (Latest Dell Driver - 5.12.1.4161)
Anyone had this and remedied it?
Cheers,
Mark
Fixed it with a beta driver. Pity the handling isn't so easily fixed.
Cheers,
Mark
