I'm back! Well, I must say I have found my new favorite place to sit...Turn
7! Can see about 80% of the track plus turn 7 is one of the few "passing
areas" and on Sunday had a good share of spinouts, "TROUBLE!", and overruns.
Weather was hot as usual, traffic was a lot better thanks to the trans am
race that followed the cup race and of course the cup race itself was
awesome! What's with Kyle Petty? The guy wrecks or causes a wreck every
race I go to. He really got booed on sunday after his little incident that
took out two other cars. Got there on Friday to watch qualifing. That was
good to see once but probably won't do that again in the future...was a good
chance to bring the wife and kids to see a little action. Now, all Infineon
needs is a taller leaderboard pole. The current one only shows the top 5
drivers. :(
