Wanna try netkar MP now it's finally released ! JIPPIE !
However I can't get connected to anything.
Do I have to open a port on my firewall ?

The master server list isn't available at the moment - you'll need to find
someone in the chat room or forum who's hosting and type in the IP manually.
Then click 'add server' , wait a few seconds, then select the server, choose
your car, then click join race. It's worth the effort though - the netcode
is truly breathtaking.

Just talking with the guy who runs our league. He reckons that the
smoothness of the cars is even better than LFS and N2003. There's still a
few little server indiosycrasies that need to be worked out. I'm sure it
will be ok once we all become more familiar with how it works. Only tried a
field of 10 so far but that had a few 56Kers who remained remarkabley smooth
without looking 'fake'
