Real driving simulator - like Sierra's Driver's Education

Hello I do a lot of searches, but I didn't find any "real world driving" simulator similar to Sierra's "Driver's Education" program. Do you know any other program like this one? TIA Best Regards P.S. Yes, I know Midtown Madness, but driving in this game is really... mad ;)

I came across a German "3d Fahrschule" program accidentally some weeks ago... They have some demos available for download. Let me check...
