Does anyone have experience with this mod? If so, what are the general impressions of the physics? I must admit my sim experience with LM cars is very limited but it seems that the sims has a rather "arcade" feel to it. It seems is if these cars have an extraordinary amount of grip in the turns, especially compared to the GTR mods (even taking into account the higher center of gravity). Does the sim seems accurate to you? I have't been able to find any game/ physics patches yet. Are there any? The mod looks great but whenever I fire it up, the question about the physics model keeps nagging me. I just wanted to know what everyone else thinks. Timmy

If you are used to GTR then SCR might seem different, is it wrong or right? I'm not the person to answer that. I will tell you these cars have quite a-lot of Downforce. Moreso than even the near identical Le Mans prototypes. With the Exception of Road America, none of the tracks in the US, where the ALMS is based have anywhere near the top speeds of Le Mans...so Downforce is the rule. If you don't like SCR that is not a bad or good thing...just your personal preferance.

I think it's a great mod and one long overdue- I guess that's why I'm so curious about it. I did go from low traction control to none- it seemed to help. I used TC in the first place to help simulate the driver aids that LM and F1 cars use nowadays. Getting rid of it all together is what I should have done in the first place. ( Before anyone berates me- TC and automatic clutch are the only driver aids in the sims that I ever use.) Timmy
The SCR mod is great, very realistic if you ask me. The LM2002 mod looks great, but physics lets it down a bit.
