Just re-installed Nascar Heat on a new hard drive and am looking to
install various mods. Where's the best place to find the mods, for
download? I'm also looking for an easy-to-install No-CD patch for Heat
that would allow the mods to run without inserting the CD.
Thanks!

THe uspits.com has a patch that installs the nocd and patches the sim
up to one of the more current version numbers. You still may need to find
a more recent patch, butI think it is pretty close to current. Make sure
you let Heat install to default pathways.
Here is a site with most of the newer updated tracks...get the T tracks,
they employ a time penalty for corner cutting vs the Hand of God slowing
you down for 10 seconds while on track(and in the way)

Most of my other links seem dead. You may have difficulty finding
some of the mods.
Remember to let Heat install itself on the default pathways...don't
move it or put it into tidy sim or game folders.
