Since I put the AGP/AMD registry fix now NR02 hangs up and locks up in the
non-racing screens...switch driver, change car, opponent manager etc..
.**I can't say for sure that the patch was the cause but it was the only change
before this started-it didn't happen the nite before.**
I *THINK* I found and 'un-did' the registry change, but game is still messed up
after 2 reinstalls.
As that was at midnite last nite, I did the first smart thing in this whole
porcess and went to bed. This morning I uninstalled the game, ran Norton
Win-Doctor and fixed 93 errors (mostly active x and registry error's) and am
currently running de-frag. We will see what happens when I try a reinstall
tonite.
Sounds like the next step is to reinstall the OS? Any other idea's out there?
