Anyone know how to fix the menus in GTR2 so they don't stretch across
all three screens on a TH2G0 setup?
rFactor menus minimize to the center screen, but GTR2, GTL, and Race
don't. There must be a setting somewhere the change it, but I can't
find it.

I don't believe there is. rFactor specifically mentions support for
multiple monitors in one of the updates. The TH2GO provides an
alternative resolution such as 3072x768 as an option so it it gets
stretched across unless the program is designed to deal with it
specifically for menus.
I may be wrong and there is an option buried in a PLR file or INI
somewhere but I doubt it.

rFactor menus are just fine. The menu screens somehow run at native
single-monitor resolution. Only in-car views are spanned across the
three screens. You probably already no that, but I wasn't sure from
your post.
Actually, I found some references to a "Widescreen UI" check box in
the rF config menu. I've seen that in rFconfig and think it controls
this behavior. I have to go check if that option is available in the
Simbin titles.

In the 1150 update for rFactor:
"Made enhancements for widescreen mode (specifically three head/single
viewport mode) to display UI and overlays in the center of the screen
(center monitor)."
I think this is probably unique to rFactor for the ISI engined sims. I
am pretty sure LFS and Netkar Pro do something similar by using a
different (single screen) resolution for the menus.
