Hi All, After having problems with the NBS and CTS mods I turn all of the reflections OFF which solved most of the problem. The FPS still drops down tom about 25-20 but5 this is acceptable. A far cry better than the 15 or so I was getting before. The FPS is still a might lower than what I was getting in the original game, though. Timmy
Try turning off the opponent pit crews. Still getting my normal 30 to 70. Reflections on. bluestringer
What r the specs of the pc u r running it on? The mods are a little more fps hungry than the original game, better learn to live with it. Plus r u running the 1024 versions(hi-res) or the 512 version(lo-res)? Could it be the 3D crowds? Joe Palooka

I have seen people posting here that the framerate really seems to take a hit coming out of turn four at most tracks. This would mean when the main grandstands come into view. Could this be a problem for people with weaker systems? Of course no one has mentioned the same problem when coming out of turn two. But it is just a thought. btgoss

I think the problem is the pit war wagons coming off turn 4 to the crowds. "btgoss" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:6fHbb.3087$[email hidden]...
