Any good deals on NR2003 and/or wheel?

Does anyone know of any good deals on NR2003? I have a buddy that is thinking about it now that the CTS mod is out. There was a deal for the game and a wheel awhile back which would be great because he needs a new wheel as well. He is not a big time racer so the wheel doesn't need to be a Momo or TSW just a good soild wheel. I think he had a Thrustmaster before, but gave it away when he quit racing a few years back.
