Maybe you should fiddle around with the setups a bit... the default setups use ALOT of wing and give the car enormous grip... I can make the cars back break out under braking when I have set to little wing... try it I'd say... -- Sjon Berno <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:KAie5.17097$[email hidden]... > Well ive been sticking up for this game and rightly so, nobody had morethan

Well ive been sticking up for this game and rightly so, nobody had more than a few videos and pictures to base their opinions on and based on the game predesessors I thought it would be a step forwards. Up until now.... I cant belive you people reckon this is gp2.5???? If so what the fuck happened to the physics? Gp2 was a monstor to controll with throttle and steering help off, it gave you a great impression of driving a 800 horsepower car that weighs as much as a mini, gp3? This is like the crap eidos pumps out!!! Im having trouble spinning around after an accident, it feels like they have 300hp engines now with mega grip tyres because I can do what the hell I like, I can mount curbs, drive on the grass it all makes barely any difference. Turning in while breaking was a major balancing act in gp2, very hard to do, even harder than gpl because once you lost grip you had a tough time getting the car back under controll. This simply doesnt exist in gp3!!! Its gone!!! Geoff hilighted a few thousand lines of code in the physics module and bloody deleted them??? I feel totally gutted :( Every body complained about it being a 3d patch for gp2 and to me it was nothing more than I wanted after all it is a bloody sequil. I didnt expect doom2 to be an rpg just like i didnt expect gp3 to be a flaming arcade game..... what shit my only hope is when I buy the final ver its completely different. Is this a demo with basic physics or something??? It doesnt even feel like it was built by the same people? Gp2.5?? Dont insult me, gp1.5-3D :(
