GPL available in Oshawa

Dunno if anyone here doesn't have GPL, but noticed a store around the corner has GPL on the shelf, advertising the cost as $0 after some sorta rebate. Townline, and King st Computer warehouse Oshawa/Courtice Ontario Canada eh Martyn_D
