For people who doesn't have enough money to customize theirs new cars:
-( you have to download new cars on the web and put them in your SCGt/patch
directory.)
1. Open a VEH file of a car with Notepad.
2. change the line "VEHCOST=XXXXX". Just enter the number 1 so it will be
"VEHCOST=1"
3. start the game and buy the car (with the modified VEH file).
4. Turn off the game.
5. Re-open the same VEH file and replace the number "1" with "500000000".
6. re-start the game and SELL your car.
7. Eh, you have just earned 250000000 $ cash !
