Now this new address (www.grandprixgames.com) is being used we can be quite
sure that the only problem there was with the former site was a dispute over
the name.
Does the FIA(I'm not quite sure who handles the licenses) have a problem
with people using F1 in their addresses?
Normally they can't control it, but they can control it with people they
have an agreement with.
What do you guys think?
Under the new domain name registration agreement, a complainant can
file a dispute concerning registered domain names that allegedly
conflict with trademarks or service marks. FIA could probably shut
down all domain's using F1, so could Nascar, etc
So you don't even need an agreement. Ok thank you for the information.
