I am looking for a way to extract the pcx file from a car file....
I have a car file from N99 but I want to extract the pcx file so I can
try and convert it for N3..I don't want to have to load N99 just to
export it....any suggestions???

You can use NrHQ to extract the pcx file from N99 car file. But, in
case you haven't noticed, the paintable area between N99 car and N3
car is quite different. It wouldn't be a good idea to import the pcx
file straight from N99 to N3. Here's the URL for NrHQ
