GPL for $12 My Man

Always a NVIDIA man I never had too much interest in GPL. Tried the beta demo way back with my Ren1000 and have to say I was unimpressed. Noticed a while back an OpenGL patch was released for GPL but could never find it in the stores...so I stuck to my NASCAR 3/L and Rally Championship import thinking GPL was nothing but a faded over-hyped sounding board for all you "if it's not impossible it's not real" simfreaks. Tonight I picked up a copy of GPL for $12 - at TJ Maxx of all places.....and now... Well, lets just say - I HAVE SEEN THE LIGHT MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS. Long Live the KING

Isn't TJ Maxx a clothing store? I never thought of checking there. Slot

TJ is a clothing store but they usually have a tiny rack with software on it somewhere in the store. You can pick up the occasional bargain

Sent my wife down to TJ Maxx after work and she grabbed the last copy for $12.99, thanks bud! Plus she got Where in the USA for the kids for 10 bucks. I guess my friend gets his GPL cd back now, and I've finally got a manual. Slot

Yeah, its a clothing, shoe, bath, kitchen, frame all around overstocked buyout sell for cheap kinda store. So far Ive found SuperBike WC and GPL there - cheap. It's right next to our software superstore so I always check there first for hidden gems before blowing big cash on the latest flop.
