Two FF Questions

First, I've been using my LWFF wheel with TSW pedals is GPL, and it is working just fine. I just picked up Mobil 1 Rally Championship (RC2000), and can't get this set up to work. Although RC2000 recognizes controllers at both ID1 and ID2 in Windows control panel, it apparently doesn't allow you to use both at the same time (ala GPL). I can only use either the TSW wheels with TSW pedals OR the LWFF wheel with LWFF pedals. Therer have been conflicting posts regarding this in the past. Can RC2000 support controllers on 2 ID's simultaneously or not? If so, what am I doing wrong? My second question is whether FF settings are cumulative. For example, if I set my LWFF forces at 75% in the Wingman Profiler, then set GPL or RC2000 at 50% FF setting, will the forces be at 50% of max on these sims or will they be at 37.5% (50% of 75%) of max?. I ask this only because some sims don't have fine FF settings in their software, and the only way to fine tune the settings in them is thru Wingman Profiler. I hope that 2nd question makes sense. Thanks!
