N2 on Kali

Does anyone know if it is possible to race on Kali using N2 with someone else running Nascar 1999? If it is possible are there any special settings required. I would be hosting the race from my N2 v1.03.

I don't think N2 and N99 are compatible. He wouldn't have the proper executable for N2 though.
