When racing the F3 cars does the Global Hype system (where the AI get
faster as you do) take affect? I ask this because I have been spending
alot of time in the F3's lately and I don't see any significant improvement
in the AI performance.
Note: I am running F3 races under a completely differant player name to F1
and F2.
