hi does anybody know if it is imposseble to get other pedals to work with
the R4 wheel, the ones there followed the wheel just sucks.
I have other pedals there connect to the gameport but when I connect both
R4 and other pedals none of them are active.

I'll trade you the Ferrari wheel's pedals with their very high resolution
for your Saitek's jitter-free and decently high resolution optical wheel
system. It is so annoying that with 5 or 6 major wheels on the market, none
of them can make a good wheel, pedals, shifter, paddles and software/drivers
all on the same wheel. There are excellent examples of each, but no wheel
has the combination of all of these that work well. I agree the Saitek's
pedals are a problem, but some of that can be adjusted with a utility called
CTFJ. It allows you to tweak the precise attributes of each axis. I used
it to make GPL usable with the Saitek--otherwise it was instant brake
lock-up with the slightest pedal effort. Now if I could only steer straight
in GPL with the Ferrari wheel with the steering ratio set higher than for an
oval....which is worse??
Good luck (Saitek R4 FBB and Guillemot Ferrari FFB owner),
Marc.

Where can I get "CTFJ"?
