http://www.dragon.ca has a good price ($15 + s&h), but you'll be waiting for a couple of weeks for it to arrive with the cheapest shipping option and there's no box. Just the CD, manual, and "Four Wheel Drift" book wrapped in plastic. I got my copy from them in 2 days (I live in Canada). I had them ship me the full boxed version for a few bucks extra.
