Okay, when is Papyrus going to do something about the bug that has all cars
coming to a stop at the tailend of the line when the pace car comes in and
the race is about to go green.
I was in position at the tailend of the line at Altanta -- coming out of
turn 2 when all of a sudden everything comes to a dead stop in front of me.
Now, this ain't my first bar-b-que so I kinda' expected it and managed to
swerve high outside to miss the bumper of the car in front of me. I slid
about one and a half car lengths past it and came to a stop.
My spotter is telling me -- "Pace car is in... Let him by... Let him
by...Green Flag ... Green Flag...Let him by..." -- the whole time I'm
stopped and the bozo behind me is sitting there and won't go by me!!! I hit
reverse and this jogs the AI car behind me to move as the whole field
screams by on the inside and I'm now a lap down and the third race of my
Championship Season is a write off!
GET THIS FIXED PAPYRUS!!!!!
There, I feel better now, not as good as if this wasn't an issue with an
otherwise great sim, but the vein at my temple has stopped bulging.
