RASCAR in PC Gamer

While I was glancing through my latest edition of PC Gamer I saw a reference to RASCAR. The latest issue has an article on Sim Racing done by Andy Mahood. On page 68 of the USA edition is a box titled Essential Links. It has RASCAR listed under racing leagues with F1RST and VROC. It says "the online meeting place for serious NR 2003 competitors".
