GPL2 on the horizon?

Anyone seem these pics yet? http://powersims.com/spy_shots/spy_shots.html Textuers in some places look a little like GP2 but when you look at the Monza banking and stuff they look very GPL-ish as well as tht swoosh effect on the far off stands in screenshot #1. The very dark and dull looking grass looks GPL-ish too as well as the trees far off, so since it looks more GPL-is than GP2-ish then I guess GPL it is. I has a slight hint of GP500 also which makes me think it might be GP3 but in general the whole thing looks too dull for that and looks dan like GPL. So, could it be GPL2? Could it be a brand new sim we don't know of? Could it be a big hoax? I wish they wouldn't show screen shots of that game, I get all exicted, and it's not going to be out until next year. That sim looks awesome though.

ehm, no... it's a brand new sim of which YOU appearantly don't know of... Have you been living in a cave feeding on bugs the last week? The pictures are from Worlds Sports Cars a game scheduled to be released Q2/3 2000 Check out http://powersims.com/World_Sports_Cars/world_sports_cars.html for more information about the game and more screenshots... And I don't think you can compare the graphics with GPL or GP2... WSC clearly has much better graphics as those 2 have... Really? Oh phew! Ok let me explain........ Well appologies, like I asid, I was given the URL by a friend and told they were unknown screenshots. And since no name was given on the page then I presumed he was right. Ok then:-) My mistake. World Sports Cars isn't exactly the sort of sim that makse me get all giggly inside like GP3:-) Well of course, I just meant that it look almost like it was based on the graphics fomr these games as well as the 3d modelling looking almost identical to the "GPL-style" and as well as that darn annoying swooshy effect on the far off stadiums. My mistake, sorry!

Again, I was given the URL and since there is no sign of the game name I believed my friend in telling me it was a spy-shot of a "mystery-sim". It really does look awesome. The publishers are saying all the right things about it also, like "GPL is the benchmark they are setting for the physics" and stuff like that. We've heard it all before, but I get the feeling that they are really trying to make the best sim ever. "> Really? Oh phew!
