I have this wheel and this sim so I can help you if you can be a little more
specific.
I believe mine was already set for NASCAR Racing II (profile comes with the
wheel) and I just went to the control setup in DTR and went through pushing
the buttons. There wasn't anything unusual or fancy about setting it up.
Getting the MSFF wheel to work with any sim can seem fancy or unusual if you
haven't RTFM, though.

Aw it's pretty easy. Same as most sims. Calibrate in windows, the sim. But
I'll warn you ahead of time; the FF in DTR is a bit underwhelming.
