Randy Magruder has done an excellent hands-on evaluation of Dirt Track Racing on the Digital Sportspage site: [link lost in import] My favorite quote: "It is the Grand Prix Legends of dirt track racing!" Well-said!! <G> In a nutshell, Randy gave DTR an 85 overall, and his biggest complaints basically involved the mouse-only user interface, and the way the car setup options are divided across several screens. I can't say that I disagree with him, either -- a nice, simple, all-in-one setup and tuning page would be most welcome. All in all, Randy has done a very good job of evaluating DTR from a user's perspective -- right up there with Jeff Downey's preview at the Operation Sports site, IMO. Check it out for yourself -- it's a good read, and it should help whet your appetite while waiting for the full version to appear in stores! -- JB Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
