TOCA2 - Touring Car Challenge Cheat Needed

Is there a cheat or a save file available to allow you to start on the Standard or Expert level, rather than having to work through the Novice level at each track?

type (as your name) either CARTASTIC or DOUBLE - I forget which...

Thanks for answering... Actually this gives you all cars or all tracks... what I was wondering was if there was a cheat to allow access to the higher difficulty levels without having to play all the way through at the novice level.

A bit OT this one, but just in case you haven't already tried it, enter your name as outtake, making sure your speakers are turned on!
