Problem Running DTR

Hi, I just installed the demo of DTR, and I am having a problem. I'm running a K6-2 350, 128mb RAM, and a Voodoo 3 2000 video card. I let it do the auto-detect for the video car, and I even selected the video option myself, but no matter what I do, when ever I go into a race, the screen goes black and all I see is the mouse cursor. The cursor still moves around, but the computer just stops. I can't boot myself out of the program at all, I have to do a cold boot. I thought that maybe it was because I had DirectX 6, and so I finally broke down and downloaded DirectX 7 (scared to death because of all the stories I've heard about it.LOL). Still, nothing seems to have worked. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Greg

Greg, I had the same problems. Go to www.3dfxgamers.com and download the Voodoo3 DirectX7 drivers. That fixed it. -- Phil Juhring PhilJ3 on TEN PhilJuhring3 on N3 21st Century Motorsports 26820683 on ICQ PJuhring3 on AOL instant messenger
