SCGT & Service Pack 3

Hi All; I just installed serv. pack 3 over a fresh install of SCGT and created a new driver per. the readme file. When I start the career mode the first race is at riverside at night. I can't see the darn track ! The "H" key is supposed to turn on the headlights but doesn't seem to work. Any Ideas ? Thanks George

One of the drawbacks of SCGT. James W (ha!) has 'found' some code in the program that indicates lights, so maybe that is something that can be enabled later. If you go to an exterior view, and press H, you can see the lights turn on or off. It just doesn't work in the car, damn frustrating. Two options right, now, turn up the gamma till your monitor is glowing, that brightens the night tracks somewhat. or.. go to the track tab in the options screen and UNCHECK the box that says 'night' probably the rain box is also checked. UNCHECK that as well. The Service pak contains calendar files so that every track can be raced in dark, and/or wet conditions. If you dig deeper in the readme, you can pull out the extra lines and have a nice warm daylight career schedule. oh and by the way...:) there is NO riverside in SCGT. Open up your /SCGT/dat/matrix.mc and take out all those silly moonlight races. Rearrange them any way you want.
