I first want to announce that OLR is opening its doors to all FREE members. These members will be treated as having basic memberships, granting them access to unlimited racing on Onlineracin.com servers between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm eastern, Monday through Friday. This will give people a chance to try out OLR during non-peak hours. All you need to do is sign up for a free account and log on and race during the above hours. Onlineracin.com is also proud to announce that the Grand National Series and Truck Series mods from Project Wildfire are now available! Sign on anytime to OLR and start up a race at your favorite track to beat and bang fenders in your truck or gns machine! The OLR Showroom and the Crew Chief have been enhanced to support the new mods, and in the coming days the rankings will support these additions as well. For now, only races run as "CUP" will be scored. Also, Cup, GN, and CTS races do count toward your Thunder Run points. Stay tuned for more details on these and more projects from Project Wildfire and Onlineracin.com... -- Joe Lomas President Onlineracin.com,Inc. http://onlineracin.com We Provide Web Hosting Solutions http://frshosting.com [email hidden]

Big deal. Change N3 from Premium back to FREE and I might consider it Joe. WHY is N3 still a "premium" anyway?? It's horribly outdated and cannot possibly have but 100 people left on it...
Then why do you want to play it if it's no big deal? "Bamboozled" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:sRZrb.121486$[email hidden]...

It may not be a big deal to some people, but this is something I've always wanted to do. Either people hate it or like it, I wanted to have something during the non-peak hours for people to give it a try. If they have some constructive criticism to give me, I would greatly appreciate it, so I can do everything possible to provide the best service. In the last 3 weeks we have doubled the amount of servers on OLR and I'm now using Texas servers for Flashpoint, League Only, and Special events. I have received great feedback on the quality of the connections. We have also reformatted on servers in North Carolina with Windows 2003 server and cleaned them up. In the next week I plan to get with our customers and see if they want me to move all of the servers from Springboard to Texas, or keep in both locations. I'm also considering more servers in California for the West Coast drivers. As for NASCAR3, we only have them up for our current customers that run NR2003 and still running N3 leagues. Same goes for GPL. Once we get the mods running smooth and have servers running to my expectations, I plan to add GPL for our current customers. I would also like to get some FPS games like UT2004, MOH, and other games. I figured after they get all fired up with each other in a pick up race, they can start blowing each other up in UT2004 to release their frustration. The main purpose is to add as much as possible for our customers. It's the same group of people. Kyle Crouse does the web programming and helps out Shawn Morris with accounting and billing issues. Jayme Blackmon does the graphics and helps out with Marketing. Chris Blackman works with Kyle on the rankings, Matt Thomas does the OLRtv every Wed and Thursday nights, as well as the Shootouts every month. Edward Alexander is the CEO of the company and we work together on financial matters. We've had some challenges along the way, but things are finally starting to blend together. As I have told members before, during the last 12 months since we did the Flashpoint/OLR merger, I have thought many times to give up and break it off. There was many times I doubted myself if this was all worth it. There were times we have bickered back and forth, but we hung in there and kept working as much as possible. I keep reminding myself of what Harriet Beecher Stowe once said... "When you get in a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn." I still think we have much work ahead of us and changes to do for the better, but we are finally heading in the right direction. "Phillip Malphrus, Jr." <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:<[email hidden]>... > Then why do you want to play it if it's no big deal? Listen. I USED to race on OLR, until they started charging for it. Sorry, but I do not believe in PAY TO RACE. Online racing (in general, not the site) should be FREE, as it was originally set up by Sierra. I was hoping that N3 would be included in this deal that Joe mentioned, but it doesn't appear so. No matter. I can live without OLR. I was hoping to get back on it so I could compile stats again...oh well...
