Well I guess this proves that the patch is beta, since it won't work
anymore from Oct 1, 1999. But you can turn your computer's clock back
to september and then it will work again.
If you try to start the GPL 1.2.0.0 in October, it will just load
something and stop there.. no GPL.
I'm using the US patch.
