Best Buy is not discontinuing anything... The red steering wheel Force
Feedback version is being replaced with a yellow steering wheel force
feedback version. There were lots of complaints about the pedals on the
LWFF wheel, so Logitech indiscreetly came out with a new wheel and pedal
combo that apparently has better pedals (thus the yellow steering wheel).
Unfortunately, Logitech most likely chose this approach hoping that current
owners of the red steering wheel version (including myself), would not call
Logitech and complain that I now have an inferior product and that Logitech
is willing to let me replace my pedals for the newer version.

> Not sure what that's supposed to mean. Best-Buy has weird purchasing habits.
I purchased mine for $120 shipping included from www.compusanet.com.
Same here.
All the yellow wheels are the non FF versions.
Where did you get your info Doug?

In fact, the yellow ones at my local Best Buy are > all non-FF wheels, and they all have the old pedals. > TimDoes that mean they arent making a force feedback
wheel now?

Some
people in the r.a.s. group seem to think so. It would also explain why just
about everyone is sold out of it. (if they were bringing in a new improved
version)
