Where do you pick the calendar that you want to run in N3, but not start a
Championship season?
if you choose quick race, you have access to all tracks. if you choose
championship, then you must choose between Cup or BGN for a season schedule.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can choose the
race schedule you want to run under Quick Race session.

I mean what if I edited my own calendar? How would I open it?
