What are the mimum and recommended specs for Nascar 3? And does N3 support Glide, D3D or both? * Master of Magic *

Both glide and d3d supported. Minimum on box is P166. I run a P450 with 128MB ram and V3 3000 with full field and all graphics on full and while it is smooth to me I know I'm not getting over 30 FPS. Prob 25+. -- Joe Marques

OK, that explains it. I was wondering why I was getting 29-31 fps no matter what track I went to. You know, the more seat time I put in on this sim, the more I like it. I didn't much care for the brickyard before N3, but it surely is a gas in this sim.

I've read that the game is limited to a maximum of 30 fps (check out the review at the Pits). Perhaps that explains why you don't get over 30 fps with your system Ken > Both glide and d3d supported.
