since I've read ricardo nunnini's setup tips, I am looking for the new cameras he is talking about which give you a good overview for judging your line. he adds that the cars look like micro machines this way: does anybody know where to dl them? didn't find them at the fastlane :-( Lio

Liutger isn't the only one who's failed at finding those. /ft, too busy driving to fiddle around with setting a camera up himself
> > /ft, too busy driving to fiddle around with setting a camera up himself > I would if I could at least find a Camera-In-GPL-HOWTO ;-) Check out Brian Heiland's car cam editor at: http://www.fortunecity.com/underworld/3d/797/ You can download a pre-made set with a high overhead view included if you don't feel up to making your own. And say thanks to Brian for his work on a nice editor while you're there. Alternately, anyone who wants a different set can email me and I'll send one I made with Brian's editor. It doesn't have a super-high overhead view, but it does have a couple of chase helicopter-type views, one following from behind and one looking back from ahead. They're great for seeing your line choice and watching dices with other cars from above. Cheers, Steve B.
It's the cam file of Brian Heiland, wonderfull job, the micro-cam is VERY usefull. Also on his site is a CamEditor! http://www.fortunecity.com/underworld/3d/797/ Andre On Tue, 14 Sep 1999 11:51:01 +0200, Liutger Franzen >since I've read ricardo nunnini's setup tips, I am looking for the new >cameras he is talking about which give you a good overview for judging >your line. he adds that the cars look like micro machines this way: does >anybody know where to dl them? didn't find them at the fastlane :-( >Lio
