I played the demo that came with the console and the game is
pure arcade. You can hit opponent cars without any
consequences, you can miss turns without missing much speed.
n short it is the original F1 game for the playstation. I
was also disappointed by the graphics which didnt look all
that great, rather mudy and somewhat blurred. And there was
no sense of speed, the pavement was really sluggish comming
at you.
The control also left much to be desired as all you have to
control the car with is the analog joystick which has little
travel and is not very precise, nor comfortable. I still
have yet to get used to those N64 style joysticks.
Keep in ind that I only played the demo, but I dont expect
the full version to be any different.
