I popped down to my local arcade last night and was quite stunned by a new machine they have in there called Ferrari 355 Challenge! Three monitors are set-up around it, instead of the usual single screen in front of you, there's a realistic looking/feeling gear stick (not like the usual UP ONCE/DOWN ONCE plastic sticks), clutch, brake and accelerator (you can even feel a strong vibration under the brake when braking too strong!), plus the option to switch on ABS, TC, SC, AB, etc. And incase you're wondering about the graphics, it doesn't look all that different to television - it's THAT real! Shame about only one race view, but it's a good one anyway. Have any of you tried it? Any word if it will be released on the PC in the near future? I'll be first in line to lay my hard earned cash down. Dave Bowman
