Recently upgraded to a PIII450 & v3-3000. Pre the 1.1 patch it rocked 60's
style bells but since the 1.1 patch it hits slow motion quite a bit in
races. Not had a chance to test it on multiplayer yet but it is fine in
practice. The frame rate always hits 32fps+ in slowmotion!
How, what, why & can it be thwarted? I read a few earlier posts on this a
couple of weeks back but can't remember if there were any ideas on fixing
it.
Since getting the new hardware though my lap times have been whittled down
by a good few seconds.
Any tips on Rouen or Zandy? Can't get faster than a 2:03:80 at Rouen and
I'll be damned if I can touch a sub 1:30:00 at Zandy. Arse.
Picking up a fair turn of speed at the Glen now (1:07:30 after a day or so's
swearing)
Wait for the next patch. :-)
