There's a link to the track converter at the bottom of the page below: http://www.theuspits.com/1m/index.html It converts N2/N1999 tracks (Loudon, Homestead, Hickory, and Watkins Glen) and ICR II (Phoenix and Loudon). You need to already have these tracks on your hard drive or CD.
