TNT2 + GPL question!

Want to know what is the best drivers version and patch to run GPL on a V770 TNT2? Andr
You need the TNT2 2.08 and OpenGL Beta for GPL. Its works for me. Be sure to uninstall your current video driver before installing 2.08. 2.08 will replace your current drivers. Regards Andrew >Want to know what is the best drivers version and patch to run GPL on a V770 >TNT2? >Andr
As well, and more importantly, you want to use the Open gl patch.

Have they sorted out the mirror glitch already?

Simon, I don't think so. Somewhere down in this group someone mentioned changing the frames to 4 in the core.ini file, to fix the flickering, at least. I did this and it did stop the flickering. But I suspect that the mirrors are still a problem. I've given up trying to get decent fps with my CL TNT2 Ultra. I get much better results with my Voodoo 2; and until things improve with the TNT2, I'll stay with my Voodoo, which at present is way better than the TNT2. Alanb
No, the mirrors are unusable. I keep the MirrorsEvery setting at 8 for the sake of frame rate.
