How do I assign my Logitech FF wheel to controller ID 2

I am using a combination of Logitech FF wheel and Hyper Stimulator pedals, the pedals are connected to a PDPI L4 and the wheel is connected via the serial port. If the pedals are connected to controller ID1 and the wheel to controller ID2 everything works fine. Unfortunately each time I re-boot this is reversed with the Logitech connected to ID1 and the pedals to ID2. Is there anyway to force the wheel to be assigned to controller ID2? Thanks in advance for any help. Gary Tall

Maybe if you unplugged the wheel before boot up so Windows only sees the pedals, then the pedals would be assigned #1 and the wheel would go to #2 as soon as it's plugged in. It is pretty easy to do. Just go to the advanced TAB in the control panel joystick applet and double click on ID#2. Then select your Logitech FF wheel device. -- Header address intentionally scrambled to ward off the spamming hordes. cisko [AT] ix [DOT] netcom [DOT] com >don >[|]-(_)-[|] >>I am using a combination of Logitech FF wheel and Hyper Stimulator pedals, >>the pedals are connected to a PDPI L4 and the wheel is connected via the >>serial port.
