GPL / MSFF questions

3 posts by 2 people · 18 Jul 1999 - 18 Jul 1999

Hello racers! 1. Is it possible to run a championship (offline), where all cars (including mine) are trainers? 2. How do I configure the MSFF to run in dual axis mode for the pedals? I've read here that it's possible. Thanks in advance, Thomas
Hi Thomas 1. In your GPL\players\Thomas, or whatever folder, you will find a file called player.ini, open it with notepad and look for the line that says driverRating = 3 its under the [ Personal Information ] heading. edit the number and save 3 = GP 2 = Advanced Trainer 1 = Novice Trainer 2. In the sidewinder properties, make a new profile and press the settings button and check the separate box where it says pedals then save it as GPL or whatever. hope that helps Mark London UK
Mark Aisthorpe schrieb in Nachricht I already did that, and all cars <but mine> were trainers. In single race modus it works perfectly, only for the championship I got the described effect. Thank you for that! It always pays off to check all of the software in the package... Thomas Berlin, Germany
